All these links will download the IMG files instead of the EXE files. You will need to extract the IMG file and then run the setup.exe from the extracted files. To extract the files, I have used WinRAR which can be downloaded from here (32 bit, 64 bit). Although WinRAR is not free, you can run the trial version forever without paying anything. If you are not comfortable with WinRAR, you can always use free archiving programs like 7-zip.
